Dashboards you put together yourself
Every property runs in its own way: the front desk does not follow what the kitchen follows, and a night team does not share the priorities of a day team. The dashboard at each level can now be put together around those needs.
A dashboard for the organisation, each department and each team
In the sidebar, an icon next to the name of a department or a team opens its dashboard directly. The organisation’s dashboard stays on the home page. Every member can view it, and its administrators customise it.
Block by block, where you want them
From the dashboard’s ”…” menu, “Customise” switches to editing mode. Blocks move and resize on a grid, a new block lands in the free space, and nothing changes for anyone else until you save. The block library comes with a search, and offers templates so you can start from a ready-made layout.
Customising is done from a computer. On a phone, the dashboard is there to be read.
What each level can show
- Organisation: pinned news, pinned press, upcoming arrivals, departures and birthdays.
- Department: headcount, teams and sub-departments, your role, recent activity, and two new blocks, checklist cards and today’s handover notes.
- Team: members, linked departments, active modules, your role and today’s handover notes.
Checklist and handover blocks only show what belongs to their own department or team. You choose what they display, and the same block can be placed more than once.
Several pages when you need them
A dashboard can hold several pages, each with its own name: one page for day-to-day work, another to follow the week. Tabs appear as soon as there is a second page.
