Arrivals, departures and birthdays on the dashboard

The calendar creates entries on its own for the moments that punctuate team life: a new colleague arriving, someone leaving, a birthday. Until now you had to open the calendar to catch them.

A block on the dashboard

The organisation dashboard gains a new block showing the next five of these entries over the coming thirty days. Every member can see it, and the block removes itself when there is nothing to announce: no empty frame on the home screen.

You decide what shows up

From the calendar settings, administrators choose whether the block appears, and which types of entries the calendar generates. If all three types are switched off there is nothing to announce, and the setting tells you so.
